Green Community Association, Inc. This is an elected board of
directors who oversee the condition of the community and sponsor
annual events. The goals of this committee are to ensure that everything
functions smoothly within the community, to maintain all common
area property, and to unite homeowners, keep them informed, and
to welcome new homeowners. This offers people the opportunity
to volunteer and get involved with this community and the events
that it sponsors. The Association has also worked out special deals
with local companies such as lawn care, pest control, animal services,
and other mechanical and electrical repair services. This pre-arranged
list of services provided takes the hassle out of everyday activities
and allows homeowners to focus on priorities.
Because of the location in New
Tampa FL, homeowners of Hunter's Green have unlimited opportunity
