can get involved in. Because this park is private, ID cards are
required for entry. In order to replace a lost or damaged card,
a resident need simply bring proof of residency to the Clubhouse
and a new ID card will be issued.

Park, Tampa Palms also supports a number of community-wide involvement
programs including a Women's Club. This non-profit organization
welcomes members of the Tampa Palms community, provides educational
programs for the members and community, and provides fundraising
programs for the promotion of the club and the social welfare of
the community. All women who are homeowners in the Tampa Palms Community
are encouraged to join and participate in the events that the Women's
Club sponsors. The two largest fundraising events that are annually
sponsored by the Women's Club are the Arts and Crafts Fair in October
and the Luminaria Sale in December. With a nominal yearly enrollment
fee, this club offers so many opportunities to get involved, make
friends and help promote the community! In addition to the Women's
Club, there is the Tampa Palms' Owners Association, a group
of unpaid volunteers that are responsible for the oversight and
affairs of the Association. This group meets monthly to meet one

and Country Club. The Country Club is an Audubon Cooperative

In addition, classes are offered for adults and children in various
fields such as Aerobics, Karate, Yoga, Personal Training, Body Composition
Testing and Fitness Challenge programs. All of these features blend
together to create the perfect mini-retreat to a home-away-from-home.
The Country Club also offers after school programs for children
in elementary school. This day care program is offered through the
school year only. Camp activities include Snack and Quiet time,
Indoor and Outdoor games, Swimming, Tennis and Crafts. The Golf
Course at the Tampa Palms Country Club features 18 holes
designed by Arthur Hills of the ASGCA. This course is highly rated
as a favorite in the area, with an overall par of 72, this is the
perfect course for a golfer of any skill level. The course also
features cart rentals and a 15-tee Driving Range. The Tampa Palms
Golf and Country Club is a great chance for homeowners to escape
