Ridge is a deed restricted community located in Valrico.
Although it is a rather large community, the size has not stopped

Within the Copper Ridge community there is a Homeowners Association
which meets monthly to discuss the condition of the neighborhood
and coordinate deals with local agencies to make improvements to
houses more convenient. One of these conveniences is a deal made
with Hartline Bus Service, creating an "Emergency Ride Home"
program, that assures you will never be left at work without a ride
home. The HOA sponsors a number of events that take place
throughout the whole of this rather large community. They have even
created a volunteer program which gives people who want to help
others the means to do so. This is also a benefit to high school
students who need to complete a number of service hours to qualify
for scholarships.
